Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except under extreme circumstances, in Santa Cruz Cinema’s sole discretion. Refunds are only valid for the location and movie listed in the email confirmation or printed on the ticket, and requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the movie showtime. You can receive a 100% full refund by visiting our box office in person. If you prefer the convenience of cancelling online, we will refund the face value of your tickets, though the online processing and service fees cannot be refunded. To request a refund, please fill out the form below and, if eligible, allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be approved for processing.
