Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except under extreme circumstances, in West Wind’s sole discretion. Refunds are only valid for the location and movie listed in the email confirmation or printed on the ticket, and requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the movie showtime. To request a refund, please fill out the form on this page and, if eligible, allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be approved for processing.
